Anja always thought to do right by her family, friends, workplace and the people she mingled with. Serving and found herself becoming the piecemaker, creating harmony where there was no harmony.

Also making structures, working more efficient, get things done.

Because of her intuitive abilities, she was able to create things and invent things, no one else could get ideas like that.

BUT also getting the work done – always ended with people & bosses putting more work on her. Anja loves to help & service.

This & the pleaser mindset ended with a severe burn out & wake up call, so severe, with pains all over the body, skeleton & muscle brake down, severe stress and a feeling of being alone, unsupported and everything and everyone was against her.

2 discusprolaps in neck and pains all over, what the doctors thought was fibromyalgi.  It was too much. Anja worked through traumas of abuse, too much responsibility already from childhood, a lot of death, sickness & sorrow in family, from when she was 1-7 years old, and being taken advantage of in many situations, because she was kind, and wanted to do best by all.

She had a hard time setting borders, and also that showed up, with experiences of rape & sexual abuse.

She was often not understood in childhood because of her extreme creativity and high intelligence, and her deepfelt empathy (way of feeling peoples feelings, and really deeply care for people). So she carried a lot of surpressed emotions.

Also created a lot of feelings of not being listened to.

Old programming on taking on peoples feelings was also a deep burden to carry.

A very close family relation trying to commit suicide twice in teenages, put her out of balance.

Later on financial abuse, abuse from bosses, several rapes and a stormflood, a divorce and finding an almost dead neighbor on the street having to rescue him, also had to be worked through.

Everything to grow her into the healer she is today.
